Will the acrylic scratch or yellow?

Acrylic is naturally UV-stable and scratch-resistant for everyday use. Use a soft cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive pads, alcohol, or ammonia cleaners.

Is it safe for pets?

Yes. food-grade stainless bowls and smooth, rounded acrylic edges.

Is elevated feeding safe for pets?

For most cats and small dogs, elevated bowls can encourage a more natural neck posture and cleaner eating. For large/giant dog breeds or pets with specific medical conditions, ask your vet before switching avoid medical claims and do what’s right for your animal.

Can I put the acrylic in the dishwasher?

No the acrylic stand is hand wash only (warm water + mild soap). The stainless bowls are dishwasher-safe (top rack).

Does it tip or slide around?

The low, wide stance resists tipping, pair with a small silicone mat for zero movement.

What is your refund policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
